Into the Fire: Powered by Dream City Church
In Daniel 3, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego stood for truth in a culture, and against a government that was hostile to their values. They were willing to go into the fire if necessary. God didn't spare them the FROM the furnace but He was with them IN the fire. In today's culture, standing for truth may be challenging. The world around us is hostile to the Word of God and to biblical values. But we are called to be salt and light. (Matthew 5: 13-16) God has placed us at this time in history on purpose and for a purpose. Join us as we get better equipped to address civics and culture from a biblical worldview.

Death's Lessons About Life w/ Jim Black
This week, Debi is joined by Pastor Jim Black, Director of the Care Network at Dream City Church.
Pastor Jim oversees congregational care and has performed hundreds of funerals for Dream City Church.
Debi and Jim discuss the aftermath of tragedy. It often brings out either the best or worst in people and can either bring families together or amplify existing issues. The Congregational care network has a unique opportunity to provide comfort, care and guidance to those in need.
Pastor Jim also talks about how performing so many funerals has caused him to focus on prioritizing relationships over money and to guard his time with his family.
