In Daniel 3, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego stood for truth in a culture, and against a government that was hostile to their values. They were willing to go into the fire if necessary. God didn't spare them the FROM the furnace but He was with them IN the fire. In today's culture, standing for truth may be challenging. The world around us is hostile to the Word of God and to biblical values. But we are called to be salt and light. (Matthew 5: 13-16) God has placed us at this time in history on purpose and for a purpose. Join us as we get better equipped to address civics and culture from a biblical worldview.

This week, Debi and Sam are joined by Hughie Johnston, also known as Hughie Vuitton, a former National Boxing Champion.
Hughie shares his faith background with Sam and Debi and talks about his career as a fighter and what he learned in that season of life as well as how becoming a father has changed his perspective on issues.
He also talks about how he's become a speaker for the MAHA movement to make America healthy again. Hughie, Sam and Debi talk about how much food impacts our health and how many food producers offer cleaner versions of their products in other countries. They talk about the MAHA movement and why Americans are asking questions and demanding change.
They also talk about sick care versus health care as well as the role that compartmentalized medicine vs holistic medicine and an overemphasis on pharmaceuticals plays on our chronic health problems in America.
